Lead Herbalist
My name is Naomi Kilbreth and I am a Christian Clinical Herbalist and Aromatherapist. I help people with a mission for their lives to find freedom, hope, and joy in their health. I empower people to reconnect with their instinct to care for themselves naturally, teach them how to find and make their own medicine, and help them to create holistic wellness plans that include nutrition, lifestyle options, and of course herbs! I have been offering education and support around natural health, including herbalism, since I began learning myself in 2006 with the birth of my first child, and my love for the world of natural health, and my joy in serving others with these resources has only grown exponentially since then!

My Professional Education and Affiliations includes:
Registered Herbalist (American Herbalist Guild)
Registered Christian Herbalist Practitioner (Christian Herbalist Guild)
Holistic Herbalism Assessment Skills Certification, Matthew Wood Institute of Herbalism
Herbalism Certification, Heart of Herbs Herbal School
Aromatherapy Certification, Heart of Herbs Herbal School
And of course, never ending self-study!
As a wife and mom of four kids with a history of numerous health concerns within my family, herbalism has empowered me to be able to provide for my loved ones in a way that restores wellness and brings us together. My kids are frequently in the kitchen with me making teas, prepping herbal remedies, and experimenting with spices. Plus, our lifestyle living off grid gives our family the opportunity to live closer to the land and get to know the medicinal plant allies that live around us. Herbalism is far from just my line of work- it’s a way of life for us, and it brings me great joy to help others make it their own too.

You can find me on Instagram, Apple Podcasts and Spotify, check out classes I'm offering, here on the website, and subscribe to my monthly emails, or work with me directly!
I look forward to connecting with you,

P.S. If you would like to learn more about our family's experience living off grid and building our own home with cash on a small budget, I wrote a book called Coming Home, which you can find here!
Assistant Herbalist
Dayna Hutchins is a Christian Herbalist working towards becoming a Clinical Herbalist. She and her husband have been married for 12 years and have 2 young and beautiful, busy boys. They live outside of a small town in Oklahoma in the middle of the woods. She enjoys learning to become more self-sufficient on her small homestead with gardening and natural soap making. She is always learning how to make various household and beauty items herself.

She has been growing in her herbal knowledge for over 3 years. She started with learning what plants were around her and that grew into pursuing the herbalist path. Her knowledge and experience really grew during her second pregnancy. She explored options for supporting herself with natural pregnancy teas and herbs and started a Mentorship with Naomi. She has now completed the 1-year mentorship program, a 6-month Internship Program and is ready to help support you with your health needs!

Dayna’s ideal clients consist of toddlers and young children dealing with common viral issues and women of all ages who need support with their menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding, post-partum, hormone issues, perimenopause and menopause. She also would love to help you through the cold and flu season (and any other time) with general immune support. She has recently started an herbal product business that offers teas, tinctures and custom capsules! If you are curious or want to know more, visit Koselig Herbal.

As an herbalist with two pregnancies under her belt and two small children at home, common viral illnesses are no stranger to her. She is also very interested in all things that have to do with fertility, the birthing year, breastfeeding and general menstrual cycle support. As a woman and mother, she realizes that motherhood takes up so much of our lives and feeling supported during that time is so important and needed! Let her help you navigate supporting yourself and your family’s health through this amazing and challenging season.

Herbalist Mentee
Hi my name is Angelica Benoit I am an herbalist in Kansas City, MO working towards being a Clinical Herbalist and Holistic Health Practitioner. I have been married for 11 wonderful years and together my husband and I are raising 4 beautiful, wild and free-spirited children. My passion for holistic health has been with me for as long as I can remember, and my journey into this field began early in life.
I grew up in a very crunchy, holistic minded family before it was yet “trendy” or “cool” so in High School as part of my homeschool health class I read the book “Prescription For Nutritional Healing''. This book is what started it all for me, creating a deep hunger for all things regarding natural/holistic health. After I graduated I moved to the East Coast where I got the incredible privilege to work with an organization that believes in the body's natural ability to heal itself from nearly anything. I got to witness things most people would deem impossible. Instead these “impossibilities” became the foundation for how I approached healing and how the body works. My deep fascination for all things holistic health related only grew more and more as I entered motherhood and became my family's doctor/healer. Two years ago I shared my heartfelt desire to my husband that I really wanted to become a Holistic Health Practitioner but knew that my current role raising my babes and homeschooling came first and how I was broken hearted that it would be so long before I could pursue this inner calling. True to my husband's giftings he immediately bought and gifted me an online herbalism course and I instantly fell in love and knew I wanted this to be the basis of everything.
Since then I have finished two courses and will be pursuing the advanced course while under Naomi as a mentee.
My passions include:
Educating/teaching people how to take their health back into their own hands.
-
I have done this through hosting herbal workshops in my local area.
-
Starting a group page that helps people learn how to use herbs in their everyday life for healing and nutrition.
Unraveling complicated long term health problems
-
Through coaching and one-on-one work, coming up with protocols and lifestyle changes for friends and family
Teaching people how to live a holistic naturally minded lifestyle one step at a time.
Helping consult/coach dozens of people on how to live a more “natural” life.

My name is Kelly Araneda. I’ve bounced around the US and lived in some amazing places like Idaho, Maine, Florida, Washington state, Colorado, Utah, and currently reside in the outskirts of Raleigh, NC. My college studies in Family Sciences and Anthropology took me to more beautiful places like Guatemala and South Africa. I served an 18-month mission in Brazil sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. I met my husband on a subsequent visit to Brazil, and we lived there for another year after our marriage. We have been married for nearly 24 years and are happy homeschooling parents of seven beautiful children.
My journey with plants stems from a lifelong passion for gardening and self sufficiency. Planting corn and beans led to planting yarrow and comfrey, which I then had to figure out how to use! My studies became more serious after two significant life events: the sudden and unexpected death of our newborn in 2014, and the worldwide pandemic of 2020. Both of these incidents taught me deep reverence for the sanctity and wonder of life, for the Creator of all life, and for the web of life on this lovely green planet.
My studies to date include:
-
Herbal Academy: Both the Intermediate and Advanced Programs (500+ hours)
-
School of Evolutionary Herbalism (330+ hours)
-
CommonWealth Holistic Herbalism School (200+ hours)
-
Eclectic School of Medical Herbalism (currently enrolled)
-
Various lectures, webinars, intensives, conferences, and independent reading (200+ hours)
I look forward to a lifetime of learning to support both body and soul holistically.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Theresa
“After trying a few of Naomi's recommendations I'm feeling some positive changes in just a couple of short weeks. I've been sleeping better & have more energy. After starting the tinctures she suggested I have been able to go without the Advil now for 10 straight days! I still have a long road ahead of me but if I'm feeling this good so soon I can only imagine how I'll feel in a few months! I've been praying for direction regarding my health and I believe I've found the answer! Thank you Naomi and I thank God for putting you in my path!”
“I had asked Naomi about another issue and when I sent her my tongue photo, she immediately asked me about something else that was bothering me that I hadn’t mentioned! This is like a superpower!”
Carol
Working with Naomi has been a true blessing! She is very kind, thoughtful, and thorough when discussing your story. She is non judgemental, very easy to talk to even with things most tend to want to keep more private. I absolutely have had a phenomenal experience with her! Can't wait to see what she teaches me next.
